Prices and conditions of the Platiederhof in Laion/Ceves

Our farm house at the entrance to the Val Gardena ensures a wonderful skiing and hiking holiday in South Tyrol at top prices.

General terms and conditions

Supplements:
For stays of less than 3 days, we charge € 10.00 per person per day.
For double rooms for single use we calculate a surcharge of € 35.00/night.
For stays in the flat, we charge € 16.00 per person and day for the breakfast buffet (breakfast is included in the room rates).

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation within the last 8 weeks, it is usual to calculate a compensation of 80% of the booked total amount. For cancellations within the last week or late arrival 100% of the total amount will be charged. In case of early departure, in deviation to the agreed reservation, 50% of the daily rate will be charged.

Local tax:
Local tax € 2,40 per person/per day. Except children up to 14 years.

Payment:
We accept cash.

Dogs:
€ 20/day.

Included services:

• Final cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are changed 1 time per week
• Sports equipment for hire (toboggans, snow sled board, backpacks and walking poles)
• Stable visits 
• Guided tours of the farm (on request)
• Fruit and vegetables from our own garden
• Pick-up service (on request)
